How to order from Raimarket.shop?

Ordering from Raimarket.shop is actually pretty easy. All you will need to do is to follow three simple steps:

 

  1. Browse for the product you are looking for.
  2. Fill the order form on the top right of each page. (An order number will be sent to you via email)
  3. Our friendly customer support team will contact you for order confirmation
  4. Customer will receive the order shipment in 1-3 working days.
  5. We offer FREE Delivery on all of our products range.

 

Order Cancellation Refund & Return Policy:

  1. Customer can cancel the order anytime he/she realizes he/she does not need this product before the delivery, please cancel the order and we will fully refund it in your provided bank details as per our policy.
  2. After delivery return, customer can contact us and ship the product at office address and customer will get 100% refund.
  3. If customer want to change the order and wants to place the of order something else instead. He/she can cancel the first order and place the other order. Customer's money will be adjusted. In case the price is less then the previous order we will refund it and if the price is high customer will have to pay the difference.

  4. If the product we offered you didn't live up to your expectation then we don't deserve your money. We will fully refund. Please contact us and return the product at our office address.

  5. In any case if the product is misplaced, lost or gets defective in the shipment process by courier service. We are fully responsible for it and will ship the new product immediately or refund it as per the customer's desire

 

Do you have any physical outlets where I can buy your products?

Currently, Raimarket.shop is exclusively an online store. This gives us the advantage of adding new merchandise to our inventory quickly and easily. You can sign up for our online newsletter so you will be able to receive the latest news and updates about our product range including any promos and sales we are offering.

 

Do you allow exchanges in case the item I get is wrong or defective?

Raimarket.shop offers exchanges in cases if the product is defective or wrong.

 

How is the quality of the products at Raimarket.shop?

As seen from the photos, all of the products we're offering are of very good quality. We always quality check our products before placing them in our web portal. Do note, however, that there may be a slight difference between the color on-screen and the color of the actual product due to monitor quality and/or the environment lighting when the photo was taken. As such, we can only assure you that products will be at least 95% similar to the photos on screen.

 

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

We don't impose a minimum order requirement. You can order as many or as few as you want.
